Dine In Not Out (If Possible)

Plan your meals in advance and save money and calories.

  • Consider cooking meals in your crock pot. Often, you can put everything in your crock pot in the morning and a hot and healthy meal will be ready when you get home.
 
 
  • Stir fry is also quick and easy to make. If you have a picky eater, simply swap out the vegetables with some of your favorites.
