No refund requests will be honored after January 20, 2008, for the Spring 2008 Recreational Soccer Season, or after August 20, 2008, for the Fall 2008 Recreational Soccer Season. The only exception will be for season-ending injuries or family relocation out of the Columbia area.
When possible, we will attempt to assign players to different teams to resolve personal schedule conflicts. Refunds on the basis of schedule conflicts or coaching preferences will not be honored. All refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
All refund requests must be made in writing and must be postmarked or delivered by January 20, 2008 for the 2008 Spring season or by August 20, 2008 for the Fall 2008 season.
