*All players must report to the registration table on their first day of evaluations (come early!) to do the following:

1. Verify birthdate and age group.
2. Turn in a readable copy of his/her birth certificate (REQUIRED FOR ALL PLAYERS WHO DID NOT PLAY ON A SCUFC JUNIOR ACADEMY TEAM IN 2019-20!)
3. Pick up tryout number (which is attached to the front left leg of shorts and must be worn at all tryout sessions).

*Once a player has completed the steps above, then the player can go straight to the field for other evaluation/tryout sessions.
