Rosters will be posted on our website at www.ColumbiaUnitedFC.com after 2 pm on Tuesday, May 20th.

PROCEDURE FOR ACCEPTING A ROSTER SLOT IF OFFERED
Acceptance:
  1. Each player will receive an email notifying him or her of the team assignment offered or recommendation for the Player Development Program.
  2. Upon receipt, each player MUST go back online and accept the team assignment or development program offered. If recommended for the Player Development Program, players will also need to register  the Recreational Soccer program.  Please register usng the separate option for Recreational Soccer.
  3. Repeat - registration will not be complete and the player cannot be put on a roster until he or she has gone online and accepted the team assignment and made the initial non-refundable Registration payment.
  4. Parents who do not have access to a computer to accept the team assignment should advise Elaine Simpson, Club Registrar, upon check-in at evaluations, or by calling her at 767-3483, so both she and the coaching staff is aware of your “no email” situation.
Payment of Initial Fees to Preserve Roster Slot:
The below Fee Chart represents the amount of Club Fees charged for participation in the player’s corresponding Academy program. The total amount of Club Fees shown below includes the player’s Club Administration Fee, League Fees (including League Referee Fees), Training Fees, etc.   Of that total amount shown below, the non-refundable Registration Fee ($100 for U9-U12 and $110 for U12 Elite) must be paid once he or she accepts his or her offer. Payment of the initial Registration Fee shall be due from each player who accepts an offered position on or before June 1, 2008.

As discussed under 2008-2009 Fees, several payment options are available for payment of the initial Registration Fee and for payment of the remaining balance due. Payment of the initial Registration Fee creates the formation of a binding contract between the player’s parent and Columbia United FC to pay all remaining Club Fees set forth in the below chart by all payment deadlines together with the player’s pro rata share of all Team Fees. All SCYSA rules governing player transfer shall apply.

PAYMENT OF UNIFORM
  1. Columbia United will be using a new uniform this year.  All players will pay for a new standard uniform kit with their initial registration fees.  The cost of the standard uniform kit is $175 and includes 2 jerseys, 2 game shorts, 2 game socks, and 2 practice jerseys.  The retail cost for these items is $258.  The uniforms are typically used for 2 years.

  2. Uniforms must be ordered and paid in full with the initial Registration Fees.

  3. Any additional or optional uniform pieces must be ordered and paid for in full through the Team Manager by July 1, 2008.
