Coach Phil Savitz, Co-Director of Coaching at Columbia United FC and Head Boy’s Soccer Coach at Irmo High School, became the first coach in South Carolina to win 500 soccer games.

We thank Coach Savitz for all you have done to promote the game of soccer in our community and state over the years.  And to his wonderful wife, Jan, thank you so much for sharing him with your Irmo High School, CSC and now Columbia United FC soccer players and their families throughout his incredible career! 

Not only has Coach Savitz become the first to win 500 games, but he has also achieved the following things during his coaching career at Irmo High School since 1980.
