2016-2017 Select Tryouts
Pre-register until May 13 at 5 pm
Online Pre-registration for U13-U19/20 Boys and Girls ($25/player or $40/family). Late and onsite registration is $40/player with no family discount.
Note: You MUST use Google Chrome or Firefox when registering. Users have experienced problems when using Internet Explorer or Safari (iPads and iPhones)
All U13-U19 Tryouts are held at
BB&T Soccer Complex
1053 Bird Road
Irmo, SC 29063
*All players must pre-register online before tryouts (use link above).
*All players must report to registration on their first day of tryouts (come early!) to do the following:
- Verify birthdate and age group and registration and payment are completed.
- Pick up tryout number (which is attached to the front left leg of shorts and must be worn at all tryout sessions).
- New to SCUFC: Turn in a readable copy of his/her birth certificate (REQUIRED FOR ALL PLAYERS WHO DID NOT PLAY ON A SCUFC SELECT OR JUNIOR ACADEMY TEAM IN 2015-16!).
*Once a player has completed the steps above, then the player can go straight to the field for other tryout sessions (unless they are trying out for an older age group, which they must go to registration prior to that session).
All players MUST TRYOUT IN THEIR CORRECT AGE GROUP THE 1ST 2 NIGHTS.
On the 3rd night, they can come back to registration to sign up to tryout for an older age group.
PLAYERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND ALL 3 TRYOUT SESSIONS

* = U19 includes players born from August 1, 1997 - December 31, 1997.
- Rain make-up date is May 20
- Tryouts will ONLY be held on May 20 if you are notified that a make-up date is necessary.
- A player MUST be present for one of the tryouts to be eligible to attend a make-up date tryout.
Rosters will be posted on this website after 6:00 pm on Thursday, May 26, 2016.
